The 2021 Christmas Party at Belvedere this past Sunday was sensational!

After a few congregational Christmas carols, Pastor Justin offered the sermon on “The Gift of Jesus”. You can view it on our sermon page at belvederefamily.com/sermons.

That was followed by the classical piece “Hungarian Serenade” performed beautifully by Maikah Joseph on flute accompanies by Taeko Lay on piano.

We ended the main part of the service singing “Joy to the World”, then moved into joyful celebrations with more talent performances, a competition for creating human Christmas trees, and the drawing for the raffle supporting the Schools of Africa with a matching donation given to Up & Coming.

Creating Human Christmas Trees!

Everyone had a great time with lots of fun.
Some of the amazing performances are presented below!

Hungarian Serenade for flute and piano, composed by Victorin Joncieres.
Performed by Maikah Joseph and Taeko Lay.

David and Julia Okamoto show off their dancing skills performing the tango to Jingle Bell Rock!

Resfred Arthur led a few from Up & Coming in the indescribable “Algorithm March” (a well known routine from Japan, keep watching the video at the end to see where the inspiration comes from).

The full Christmas program was also streamed to YouTube and you can watch the entire event there.
